We recently communicated to you that Wilson & Bradley was adopting a new system to create better efficiencies and services for our customers.
This system went live on Monday the 6th of June 2022. We are currently experiencing some issues, in particular on our website which we are doing everything in our power to rectify as soon as possible. Some of these issues have been fixed already and we continue to work tirelessly to fix the remaining.
Unfortunately some orders have been delayed, please be advised that we have additional resources working to ensure these delays do not continue. “Next day delivery” is unfortunately unavailable at this time.
We have also suspended click and collect orders at this time while we work hard to ensure there are no further delays to your deliveries. We will inform you once we enable click and collect on our website again Our customers are always our priority, so we apologise if this change has inconvenienced you in any way.
We ask that you please have patience with us and trust that ultimately this change in systems is to create a better customer experience for you all.
