Trade Service Hours:

 

The Trade Counter is now open from 8.30 – 4pm Monday to Friday for placing orders and discussing requirements. Please note that these are limited to orders under $1,000 and any complex or larger orders should still be placed via the website to avoid you having to wait for long periods.

Click and Collect Orders can be picked up between 8.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday from the “Customer pick up area”.

 

All orders must be paid for prior to order collection.

 

Please allow 2 hours from time of order before collection. You may experience a substantial wait if you endeavour to pick your order up prior to 2 hours as your order may not have been pre-packed for you. Please note, last pick up orders must be placed by 2pm.

 

To avoid having to wait for your order, any orders placed outside of normal operating hours (4pm – 8am) must allow a minimum of 2 hours for your order to be prepared the next morning. These orders will be available for collection from 10am.

 

No changes to pick-up orders will be accepted under any circumstance, it is a click and collect service only. If you do wish to add or make changes to your order a further 2-hour collection time will apply. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please call us in advance on 1800 633 507.
