Blum REVEGO Range Expansion & Optimisation

We are excited to announce that Blum's enhanced REVEGO pocket system is now available.
This upgraded system offers greater design flexibility enabling planning beyond traditional floor-to-ceiling units and the integration of elements such as worktop-mounted cabinets.
With improvements in the assembly and installation process REVEGO will now support door heights from 1130mm to 2980mm. The result is a more versatile reliable solution that opens up fresh opportunities for creative seamless integration throughout the home.

Blum's REVEGO pocket system opens up completely new opportunities for creating multifunctional spaces. REVEGO the unique slide-in door system with fully integrated technology allows you to open up entire living areas when you need them and conceal them again when they are not in use. No matter whether single or double door application the full overlay fronts disappear into a dedicated narrow cabinet the pocket.

Range Expansion – Addition of worktop-mounted applications
The REVEGO range will be expanded to include pocket heights from 1142mm to 2999mm all the way to ceiling heights up to 2999mm and door heights from 1130mm up to 2980mm to support worktop mounted cabinetry.

Optimised hinge bracket
To achieve applications below 1800mm all hinge bracket sets have been optimised with a revised design and synchronisation including the removal of the scissor mechanism allowing hinge bracket heights to be optimised.

Redesign of REVEGO duo bi-fold hinges
As part of the REVEGO duo optimisations the material used for the double door hinge will change from zinc to steel reducing the number of hinges required from five to three per duo application.

Hinge strips for uno and duo
The hinge strips have been optimised with the number of screws reduced from four to two per hinge. The hinge size has been reduced both uno and duo hinge strips will now come in onyx black and the height adjustment will be positioned at the top of the hinge.

Standardised cutting for pocket profiles
Pocket profile sets will now have a standard cut-to-size dimension with the TIP-ON unit cut from the back of the profile reducing the risk of damage during handling.

BLUMOTION unit pocket
Motion forces have been optimised ensuring fronts reliably extend out of the pocket and slide back in with less force supported by an updated roller carriage transporter.

Reduction of drilling positions and screws
The number of drilling and screw positions has been reduced across both REVEGO uno and duo applications to simplify installation.

Optimised drilling template STL.8000
The drilling template will be optimised to support shorter applications. Customers who already own a template will receive a new profile eliminating the need to purchase a new template.
