I have been using the Wilson and Bradley website to order stock for Leisure Coast Kitchens for the past year and a half. I find the website to be very well designed, easy to use, quick and reliable. In my current role, I order very large quantities of standard stock and find that the ability to utilise the “Favourites” facility on the website to save, assemble and customise my large orders quickly saves me a great deal of time. Having said this, it is just as simple and easy to put together smaller customised orders I need on a job by job basis. Through our account on the Wilson and Bradley website I can also quickly price up items/orders and see exactly what it will cost us. Of all the major suppliers I currently use, Wilson and Bradley is by far the easiest to place an order through. I know what my order will cost without making calls and being placed in queues. I also receive an email confirmation of my order almost immediately for my records. I would not hesitate in recommending the Wilson and Bradley website to anyone, for all of their ordering needs.

I think the Wilson & Bradley web site is very user friendly and easy to use. Clicking on the main menu, you get a good list of the range of items available, clicking on the sub menu, you get good pictures and descriptions of the individual items. The transition from item to add to cart to finalise order is easy and straight forward. Using various web sites on a daily basis, I find the Wilson Bradley web site one of the best to use.

If we have a problem on the site, no need to ring the office as there is a chat bar that we can ask questions if we are having some sort of trouble. We receive a confirmation order to say that our order has been received, which gives you peace of mind it’s been placed. Our orders have been dispatched on time and we generally receive them the next day. Having the use of seeing old invoice or statements is great if we ever must go back.
